    I appreciated Ben’s patience with my questions!! No improvement necessary!
    Jesse was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about a wide range of technologies. He made several suggestions for improvements, some of which I would like to implement. It would be helpful to have an estimate of cost of making recommended changes. Since we are in our 70s and my husband has some cognitive issues, making a lot of changes to more “smart” systems may not be easy for us.
